Was supposed to do a long run today, but didn't get out till late and had to get back to get ready for a long over due lunch with the ladies. Had a wonderful lunch, and even got in a 5 mile run:) I met up with a friend at mile 2, so miles 2 and 3 were slower, so I pushed miles 4 and 5 to make up some time. Really felt good. Nice tempo thrown in there:) Not sure when I will get my long run in, as I have to take my youngest to the doctors tomorrow, so we'll see, if not tomorrow, I'll aim for Wednesday.

Great job on all the runs last week. Way to finish strong today. Keep up the great work. Hope all goes well for your daughter at the doctor.
