Had a great run outside today. Weather was perfect. Kind of did my easy run, but ran some of the hills. Still very please that my HR is staying low. When I started running almost 5 months ago, this same route, would have spiked my HR up to the high 170's, but not anymore. I was able to run a very comfortable run, with the hills, and come out with an average pace of 10 minute miles, and still keep my HR low:)
