Decided to run the same run as yesterday. First mile legs felt a little heavy, but then all was good. Was even able to run this run faster with no stitch, and it seems the quad pain is now gone:)!!! Heart rate was a bit high today, but not sure if that was do to the humidity or my faster speed, but still in ok range for a training run. All in all, today was a GREAT day!!!

Thanks d10, quads are definitely feeling better, and I liked my run today. I realize they can't always be like this, but man, when you hit your stride, it's amazing:)
Since our races are the same week, we'll help keep each other motivated. Let me know if you have any questions about training for the half.
