NEW REVISED PLAN!

Here is the NEW revised plan for my half marathon training based on everyone's GREAT comments. Thank you everyone for your suggestions!! And thankyou Charlie for making the jpeg again:) I realize this is a plan, and I have to be flexible. To take it one day at a time, but now I know I HAVE A PLAN:)

Looks good. I think as the weeks go on you will be happy that you aren't "pounding the pavement" 6 out of 7 days a week.

Enjoy spinning and yoga. I am addicted to spinning. It is such a great workout and compliments running nicely.
