Had a fantastic run on the treadmill this morning at the gym. Did the exact same program I did on Sunday, April 27th:) Kept the speed at 4.6, so it was nice and slow. No aches and pains and the heartrate stayed under 70%. AVG HR showed improvement fromt the run on the 27th, where the average heartrate was 125bpm, today it was 120bpm:)
