Did my last run before my race on Saturday. Nice slow 4.98 miles. I chose to do a fairly hilly run, as I haven't been outside since my last race. It was a little chilly and drizzly, and I was going to run at the gym, but decided to run outside today. Conditions for the race are supposed to be similar, so I wanted to get used to it. But by mile 2 the sun came out and all the clouds disappeared. LOL but it was a wonderful run. Legs feel great and I think I'm ready for Saturdays 10K. My heartrate was pretty good considering the hills.
